As Saint Patrick’s Day approaches, our focus has been on our corned beef production. Every brisket is meticulously hand-trimmed by our skilled butchers and infused with our signature corned beef cure. Customers have the option to purchase the corned beef briskets raw or cooked. Our capocollo is featured in many delis across the city but @romamarket holds a special place in our hearts. Rosario the owner has been working diligently since 1950!! Even today at 85 years young he still works 7 days a week. A true Italian American legend 🇮🇹🤌🏽🇮🇹
