Matt Giamela of RC Provision will participate in a “Pastrami Panel Discussion” lead by Pulitzer Prize-winning food columnist Jonathan Gold of the Los Angeles Times at 12 Noon Pacific, Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Langer’s Delicatessen. Along with deli owner Norm Langer, Giamela will be discussing pastrami production from the perspective of a major vendor to landmark clients like James Beard Award-winning Langer’s Delicatessen.
The event is free to attend and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Langer’s food is available at normal menu pricing during the event.
