San Jose Mercury News noted that the Eureka! restaurant chain has added a pastrami quesadilla to its menu using meat from RC Provision:
One of the most creative new dishes is the Pastrami Quesadilla. It’s made with pastrami from RC Provisions, which is a well-known Burbank-based deli meat provider that also provides pastrami to the famous Langer’s Deli. It’s mixed with a blend of cheeses, sauerkraut, chipotle sauce, and housemade pickles.
